I still pinch myself often when I think about all the years I have been doing newborn photography! It’s been an incredible 16 year journey and I am STILL learning, growing and working on new options for my wonderful clients. Not only do I have a crazy collection of props (including but not limited to; newborn outfits, wraps, headbands, hats, backdrops, posing fabrics, furs, knitted stuffers, bowls, baskets, buckets, crates, cradles, antique store finds, backdrops, floors, kids clothes and shoes, and more), but digital backgrounds and digital art have opened up a whole new world of possibilities for custom, creative, and absolutely magical photographs for my sweet newborn babies! You name it, I probably have it. Ha Ha Ha! I will never be able to share all the fun options I have for my clients to choose from, but hope to share every now and then fun things I can do! Welcome to the first official day of SPRING!!!!!!!!!! According to Google, Spring is a season of new beginnings, renewal, and growth. As the days get longer and warmer, the world around us starts to come back to life with blooming flowers, chirping birds, and the birth of baby animals! What could be more adorable than newborn babies AND baby animals?!?!?!?!! This little cutie is Etta and she is turning the big ONE YEAR OLD!!!! She is such a happy little girl and was a joy to photograph. I love her sweet smiles especially when she scrunches up her nose. This handsome little man was born on Dec 20th, 2023 right in time for Christmas! Best gift ever, right?!?!?!? Say Hello to Jett!
At the beginning of Jett’s newborn portrait session he was wide awake, even after I wrapped him up. The wrapping quickly put him to sleep and he did amazing during the rest of the day, but this first expression KILLS me! Ha Ha Ha! What could be going thru his mind??????
