Due at Booking

There is a *$45.00 retainer fee / deposit due at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time.  The retainer fee is not refundable and is separate from the session fee or any print products.  You can pay your retainer fee by cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.  Please contact me for more information or for my mailing address if you would like to mail in your payment or drop it by my home studio.  

{RESCHEDULING POLICY} A healthy child is a happy child.  Please contact me at least 24-48 hours in advance if your child is sick and you won’t be able to attend your scheduled portrait session.  Although the retainer fee is not refundable, if your child is sick and we can reschedule your session within 14 days, a new retainer fee is not required.  Thank you for helping to keep my family healthy too!

Newborn Portrait Session {Deluxe}

• The {DELUXE} newborn photography experience includes pre-consultation, custom creative planning,
•  2-4 hours at my home studio, with plenty of time for posing, comforting, and feeding baby
• up to 25 digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery with print release.
• FREE family add-on with up to 5 digital images,
• FREE 24 pack birth announcements - OR- 3 mini accordion albums,
• and a FREE 5x7 LUXURY padded custom photo cover album.

The 5x7 album has 10 pages and 10 images printed on the highest quality photo paper, and is wonderful to have on the coffee table, or bookshelf so you, your family and your friends can enjoy and easily access your favorite printed images at any time.  Samples of all products are available at the studio to help you choose which free products you would like. 

The ideal time to photograph newborns is around 5-12 days old.  To ensure we can capture your new baby during this magical time, please contact me to schedule your newborn session 3-6 months before your due date. Sometimes I am available for last minute session inquiries, so let's chat!

Newborn Portrait Session {Classic}

starts at *$435.00 plus tax

Sweet and Simple

• The {classic} newborn photography experience includes pre-consultation, custom creative planning
•  2-3 hours at my home studio, with time for posing, comforting, and feeding baby
• and 10-20 digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery with print release. 

You can add family or sibling pictures for *$95.00 plus tax (adds 3-5 digital images). Custom birth announcements are a wonderful way to introduce your new baby to friends and family, and samples of my unique designs will be available for viewing during your session.  

The ideal time to photograph newborns is around 5-12 days old.  To ensure we can capture your new baby during this magical time, please contact me to schedule your newborn session 3-6 months before your due date. Sometimes I am available for last minute session inquiries, so let's chat!

Individual Child Portrait Session

starts at *$275.00 plus tax

Capture each Milestone

• An individual child portrait session includes 60-90 minutes at my home studio
• up to 3 wardrobe changes and 3 backdrop/set changes
• 10-20 digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery, with print release 

Please bring ANY wardrobe items you think might work, and together we will choose what will photograph best to give you a nice variety of images.  Bring your baby’s whole closet if you’d like, I love having choices!!!!  My prop closet is filled with outfits, headbands, dresses, jeans, leggings, t-shirts, jackets, suspenders, bow ties and more. I have invested in clothing that looks GREAT in pictures, so you don't have to stress about it!!!!!  Anything I have is available for YOUR use!  Please bring your child’s favorite toy, song, book, snack, treat or small drink to the session to help them feel comfortable.

add a Cake Smash

To celebrate your baby’s 1st birthday milestone, you can add a custom CAKE SMASH to your child's portrait session for just *$105.00 plus tax (adds up to 10 digital images of your choice).  You bring the cake and balloons and I will provide all the cleanup supplies for baby AND any props or decorations I have to fit your vision.   I will guide you all along the way, to make this a stress free, FUN, and hopefully really messy experience!    Please contact me with any questions you may have, and let's start planning!

Family Portrait Session

starting at *$650.00 plus tax

Family is Everything

• Session fee includes pre-consultation, prop and wardrobe planning, 30-60 minutes on location, up to 4 people (immediate family only).
• Group family shots (both candid and posed), individuals for each child,
  shots of mom and dad together, and other creative groupings as time allows. 
• The session fee also includes 20-25 digital images of your choice from an on-line gallery
  with print release, so you can make your own prints or enlargements.

Please contact me for any additional pricing information for larger families. 
{WHAT TO BRING} A fun, playful, positive attitude, lots of smiles, and any props or furniture items you think might add personality to your family session. Please contact me to discuss your prop ideas in advance.

Hourly Rate

starting at *$50.00 an hour

Special Requests & Extras

• Time spent setting up the studio for a session, photographing a session, extra session time, and cleaning up a session is *$55.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
• Editing requests for portraits beyond the basics is $65.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.  Not all editing requests are possible.
• Custom design work (albums, calendars, marketing sets, specialty products, etc.) is *65.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.

Due to the nature of the work provided all fees are not refundable.
